We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at mewtasy@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Customers should contact us before returning any item by emailing mewtasy@gmail.com with their order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
